Join our team as Warehouse Manager! At **ALTCAM**, a leader in the automotive industry with over 35 years of experience, we are looking for a **Warehouse Manager** to ensure control, organization, and efficiency in our logistics processes. What will you do in this role? * Coordinate and manage shipments to customers, ensuring on-time delivery, proper documentation, and compliance with specific requirements. * Supervise shipment preparation, loading, and unloading operations. * Verify and maintain accurate identification of finished products. * Conduct cycle, monthly, and annual inventories, ensuring data reliability in the system. * Implement and monitor the **5S** methodology in warehouses and shipping areas. * Control FIFO and ensure zero claims due to identification or picking errors. * Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel. Your mission will be: * Ensure physical and system inventories always match. * Guarantee order, cleanliness, and adherence to standards. * Facilitate the flow of materials, KLTs, and packaging to production. You will report directly to the Logistics Director, sharing key performance indicators such as: * Monthly inventory and discrepancies. * Daily shipments and pallets sent. * Reports of unreceived shipments.
