Job Profile: **Systems Manager** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Minimum verifiable experience of 3 to 5 years as a Systems Manager. * Mandatory and verifiable expertise in the ERP Intelisis system (Mandatory). * Experience in database administration. * Knowledge of networks, servers, and information security. * Experience in managing technology projects. **Job Objective** Plan, direct, and control the company’s hardware and software to ensure proper operation, security, and optimization of information systems, with particular emphasis on continuous improvement of the ERP Intelisis system, ensuring its alignment with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Administer, configure, and optimize the ERP Intelisis system (financial, administrative, operational, and/or commercial modules). * Lead ERP Intelisis implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects. * Ensure proper integration of the ERP with other internal systems. * Coordinate technical support for users and incident resolution. * Define and supervise information security and backup policies. * Manage technological infrastructure (servers, networks, equipment, licenses). * Analyze business needs to propose efficient technological solutions. * Coordinate with technology vendors and external consultants. * Train key users on system and technological tool usage. * Generate system performance reports and metrics. **Salary:** * $25,000 – $28,000, depending on qualifications * Statutory benefits **Work Location:** Mexico City, Santa Fe Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $28,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
