Provide technical support to internal users. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents. Manage access rights, configurations, and technological tools. Monitor the proper operation of equipment and systems. Track support tickets and reports. Implement improvements in technological and information security processes. Required Profile: Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Prior experience in technical support and systems administration. Knowledge of remote maintenance, networks, Microsoft Office suite, and operating systems. Organizational ability, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
