




Job Summary: Supervises personnel, prepares reports, provides training, ensures process compliance, implements corrective actions, and controls nonconforming products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and monitoring of personnel to meet customer requirements 2. Training and coaching of assigned personnel 3. Implementation of corrective actions in the process • Supervises and monitors activities of assigned personnel to achieve customer requirements • Prepares daily attendance reports • Trains and coaches assigned personnel on work instructions • Implements corrective actions arising from process noncompliance, audits, and/or customer complaints • This document defines certain responsibilities; however, all responsibilities defined in the Quality Management System processes must also be fulfilled. • As determined by the immediate supervisor • Prepare the Daily Operations Start-up Checklist, and also whenever downtime exceeds three hours. • Verifies compliance with assigned personnel’s activities • Halts production if nonconforming products are observed or if operator physical safety is at risk • Controls nonconforming outputs from the process • Ensures proper use of materials and equipment.
