**Station Manager**

We are looking for someone to lead the operation and maintenance of our stations with strategic vision and technical commitment.
As Station Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of our infrastructure. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of service we deliver to industrial customers and commercial partners across the region.
**Your responsibilities**
* Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of natural gas metering and regulation stations.
* Manage relationships with suppliers, industrial customers, PEMEX, CENAGAS, and government civil protection agencies.
* Ensure compliance with applicable regulations regarding safety, metrology, and instrumentation.
* Administer maintenance programs via the SAP platform, ensuring traceability and efficiency.
* Lead response to operational emergencies and coordinate response protocols with local authorities.
* Supervise filtration, metering, regulation, and corrosion control systems across assigned infrastructure.
* Analyze performance indicators and propose continuous improvements to optimize station operations.
**Your profile**
* Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field (professional degree).
* Minimum 3 years of experience in natural gas infrastructure maintenance or similar industry.
* Total work experience of at least 5 years.
* Knowledge of instrumentation and control, hydrocarbon measurement systems, electricity, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
* Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and statistical tools.
* Intermediate English for reading technical manuals.
* Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and effective communication under pressure.
