Opportunity to learn and collaborate as part of a team **Job Objective:** Provide support in all activities related to on-site solar panel system installation, as well as perform general construction tasks. We seek a proactive individual, willing to learn and actively collaborate with the work team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools. * Assist in preparing the worksite (cleaning, leveling, drilling, etc.). * Assist in installing metal structures, wiring, conduits, and solar panels. * Perform mixing, patching, cutting, and other general civil works tasks. * Maintain order and cleanliness at the worksite. * Comply with safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment. * Follow instructions from the crew leader and assist technicians and installers as required. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed junior high school. * Experience in civil works, construction, or electrical installations (minimum 6 months). * Basic experience in solar panel installation is desirable (not mandatory). * Good physical condition and willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions. * Punctuality, responsibility, and service-oriented attitude. **Competencies:** * Proactivity and dynamism. * Teamwork. * Adaptability and willingness to learn. * Attention to instructions and proper tool handling. * Commitment to worksite safety.
