Shift Supervisor (Internal Security)

Job Summary: Oversee the proper implementation of security policies and protocols, as well as assigned personnel, to protect people, assets, and facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personnel coordination and security supervision 2. Management of asset security protocols 3. Operation of detection systems and emergency equipment **Objective** To ensure the effective implementation of security policies and protocols, as well as the assigned security personnel, in order to maximize efficiency in safeguarding the company's people, assets, and facilities. **Responsibilities** Monitor attendance and presence of subordinate personnel and report absences to the Asset Security Coordinator. Cover security posts when personnel are absent. Train security guards on various asset security policies. Conduct periodic inspections of work areas to verify activities and report performance deficiencies of subordinate personnel. Submit activity reports to the Asset Security Coordinator. Conduct CCTV investigations. Organize, direct, and inspect private security personnel. Ensure that reports submitted by subordinate personnel are up to date. Supervise guards’ compliance with security standards and procedures. Respond to emergencies and take necessary measures to ensure safety. **Experience in:** CCTV monitoring knowledge Personnel coordination Asset security protocols Ability to operate detection systems and emergency equipment (CCTV, metal detectors, etc).
