We build and support high performing websites and marketing systems designed to generate measurable growth through organic search and local visibility. **JOB OVERVIEW** We are hiring SEO Specialists to join our team. You will own SEO execution end to end, from research and on page optimization to local SEO support, technical coordination, and performance reporting. This role requires elite English writing and editing, strong analytical thinking, and disciplined execution. This role may also be referred to as SEO Analyst, Organic Search Specialist, or Digital Marketing Specialist depending on your background. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** * Run SEO audits and turn findings into clear prioritized actions * Build keyword research and prioritize opportunities by impact * Execute on page SEO improvements at a high standard * Titles meta descriptions headings internal links schema basics image optimization * Create content briefs and optimize existing pages for rankings and conversion * Support Local SEO execution as needed * Google Business Profile optimization posts photos services and consistency * Coordinate technical SEO fixes with development * Indexation crawlability redirects canonicals sitemaps and basic technical standards * Monitor performance and produce weekly reporting * Rankings traffic conversions issues wins next steps * Maintain organized documentation and repeatable workflows **TOOLS AND SOFTWARE YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH** * Google Search Console * Google Analytics GA4 * Ahrefs SEMrush or similar SEO suite * Screaming Frog or similar crawler * Looker Studio dashboards * Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel * CMS experience WordPress Webflow Shopify or similar * Basic HTML understanding is a plus **REQUIREMENTS MUST HAVES** English C2 required written and spoken Strong SEO fundamentals and structured execution High attention to detail and ability to execute fast without quality loss Ability to analyze reports and translate data into actions Strong organization and deadline discipline Comfort collaborating with design development and sales aligned teams **NICE TO HAVES** Local SEO experience and Google Business Profile optimization Experience coordinating SEO tasks in an agency style environment Basic understanding of Core Web Vitals and performance optimization Experience with Tag Manager and conversion tracking is a plus **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU** C2 level English communication that is clear and professional Ownership mindset and consistent follow through Structured execution with clean documentation Ability to prioritize high impact work and deliver weekly progress A performance driven mindset focused on measurable outcomes **WHAT YOU GET** Paid training and onboarding Clear growth path inside a performance driven marketing team Fast hiring process **HOW TO APPLY** All applicants must apply here https://tinyurl.com/postulantesJOI English assessment included in the process Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $22,000\.00 al mes Pregunta(s) de postulación: * Vive en Guadalajara Jalisco México?
