Job Title: Senior Physical Security Representative Job Description The Senior Physical Security Representative is responsible for supervising and implementing physical security programs based on standards, policies, procedures, and physical security services within assigned facilities. This position manages daily physical security operations, regulatory compliance, investigations, audits, and training, and is responsible for implementing and managing an employee security awareness program. * Communicate observations to the Security Operations team (Security Operations Supervisor and Senior/Manager Responsible) * Various security-related policies and procedures, standard services, and client-specific requirements * Industry-specific standards such as PCI DSS, FFIEC, HIPAA, and SOC2; and conduct audits of assigned sites related to the above-mentioned areas * Assist in developing training programs to address identified deficiencies. In addition, ensure that physical security operations at assigned sites * Maintain relationships with security service and system providers to ensure timely delivery of services for system maintenance and updates * Coordinate and conduct biannual fire evacuation drills at facilities, as well as perform audits and training sessions for Emergency Response Officers (EROs), Security Officers (SOs), and Shift Security Supervisors * Implement and manage an employee security awareness program to ensure compliance with CNX’s physical security and information protection requirements * Manage all maintenance contracts for security systems covering all installed and future security technology across all locations * Conduct on-site and off-site physical security assessments and prepare risk assessment reports * Coordinate and conduct biannual fire evacuation drills at facilities, as well as perform audits and training sessions for Emergency Response Officers (EROs), Security Officers (SOs), and Shift Security Supervisors * Implement and manage an employee security awareness program to ensure compliance with CNX’s physical security and information protection requirements * Manage all maintenance contracts for security systems covering all installed and future security technology across all locations * Conduct on-site and off-site physical security assessments and prepare risk assessment reports Location: MEX Mexico City Downtown Insurgentes Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time
