Provide security and protection to company associates within our facilities. Carry out and enforce instructions according to those established at each designated point throughout the facilities. Learn and correctly implement established procedures. Know and comply with C-TPAT procedures. Report incidents and conflicts that could jeopardize company operations and policies to the immediate supervisor. Attend to employees, visitors, and suppliers promptly, courteously, and respectfully. Other assignments as required. **Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards as defined in BD's Quality and Environmental Manual, as regulated by the Information Technology (IT Enterprise) system.** **EDUCATION:** High School Diploma. **EXPERIENCE:** Basic knowledge of private industrial security and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the position. **SKILLS:** Read, write, and speak correctly. Ability to provide clear instructions, directions, and responses related to security matters. Ability to write activity reports with accuracy, appropriateness, and common sense. Good customer service skills. Ability to appropriately exercise authority. Discretion and confidentiality in handling information.
