Ensure personnel safety and confidentiality. **AGC Group is growing!** That’s why we’re looking for our next **SECURITY GUARD** to join our team. **Your Profile** * Minimum **1 year of experience in the same position**: first aid, operation of surveillance cameras, and radio operation. * Supplier reception and access control. **Specific Knowledge in:** * Security * First aid * Surveillance cameras and radio. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor tool and facility conditions upon shift takeover. * Control entry and exit of both employees and external personnel. * Inform the incoming shift of the number of employees or external personnel present on-site at shift handover. * Implement and maintain necessary measures to safeguard employee safety and confidentiality. * Monitor and control vehicles in the parking area. * Monitor security systems and activate emergency protocols when required. * Report daily water consumption to your immediate supervisor. * Conduct periodic patrols of external areas during your shift. * Verify availability of unobstructed access points (doors, emergency exits, and vulnerable areas) throughout your shift. * Report any needs or anomalies detected during your shift to your immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER** * Base salary according to experience * Statutory benefits * Profit-sharing payments * **Savings Fund: 10%** * **Grocery Vouchers: 10%** * Life insurance * 35% discount on our products * **Vacancies available for two shifts: Morning and Night** * Work location: **Av.
