Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a recruiter or HR generalist (not HR managers or HR coordinators) * Experience in industrial cafeterias or the food industry * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources Administration Experience in the food industry, industrial cafeterias, or operational sectors Responsibilities and Objectives: * Research and attend job fairs organized in municipalities, plazas, etc., to attract and select candidates for interviews at designated offices. * Identify the most effective recruitment sources aligned with organizational needs. * Fill vacancies within your assigned work area as directed by your coordinator. * Ensure candidates possess all necessary information and documentation prior to their office appointment. * Compile onboarding files for new hires, verifying completeness of required documents. * Submit completed onboarding files to the Records Department for validation and archiving. * Assist in transporting uniforms for distribution during new hire onboarding. * Support data entry of new hires into the system to process their official registration. * Administer psychometric assessments. * Provide candidates with necessary instructions for completing their employment contracts. * Understand and comply with ISS’s Policy, Vision 100, Objectives, and fundamental HSEQ rules. * Immediately report incidents, accidents, and near-misses to your direct supervisor/manager; participate in or conduct related investigations whenever required, and promptly report any unsafe or hazardous conditions—whether affecting yourself or others—or situations where you lack required training for high-risk activities. * Timely follow-up and closure of corrective and preventive action plans for which you are responsible or involved. * Wear the assigned work uniform, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and operate tools and equipment provided by ISS and/or the client, as required to perform your duties. * Participate in training sessions provided by ISS and the client, as required and applicable.
