We are seeking a **Purchasing Manager for a restaurant**, in anticipation of an upcoming opening. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Food and Beverage. Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, or casinos. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Main Responsibilities:** * Procurement for the unit and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies. * Supervision of system transactions (incomings and outgoings), product receiving and storage, and area cleanliness. * Weekly and monthly inventory counts. * Preparation of reports on: supplier comparisons, price fluctuations, overall costs, and weekly purchases. * Management of petty cash. * Supervision of cleaning activities for cold rooms, racks, boxes, refrigerated trucks, vans, etc. * Reconciliation of purchase records and inventory discrepancies with department heads. * Supervision of warehouse operations and the purchasing driver. * Review of incoming goods, signage, contract manufacturing entries, and transfers entered by the warehouse supervisor. **We Offer:** * Monthly take-home income of $23,000 MXN * Guaranteed monthly tip: $2,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Subsidized cafeteria * Employee discount If you meet the above profile, please submit your updated CV through this channel.
