You will be responsible for ensuring that the production, logistics, and delivery of our electric bicycles are carried out efficiently, cost-effectively, and with the highest quality. Key Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and supervise all electric bicycle production and distribution operations. * Optimize processes to improve productivity, quality, and delivery times. * Manage inventory, supply chain, and supplier relationships. * Implement and oversee quality control and safety systems. * Lead and motivate operational teams, promoting training and development. * Analyze KPIs and propose continuous improvements across all operational areas. * Coordinate technological innovation and sustainability projects.
