Important plastic injection company for cosmetics Maintenance Coordinator Objective: Manage preventive maintenance activities for plant machinery, equipment, and molds through the Easy Maint software, overseeing the required human, material, and financial resources for execution. Manage departmental documentation involving the integrated quality, safety, and applicable area-specific standards. Monitor maintenance department KPIs (electrical energy consumption, adherence to preventive maintenance schedule, OEE impact due to corrective maintenance). Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience Mechanical, electromechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or related field. SAP Responsibilities: * Administer the preventive maintenance system via the Easy Maint software, ensuring compliance and effectiveness of executed activities. * Develop tracking and control plans for maintenance department KPIs (electrical energy consumption, adherence to preventive maintenance schedule, OEE impact due to corrective maintenance). * Manage maintenance and mold department documentation to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures and guidelines. * Reduce energy consumption indicators through implementation of energy-saving projects. * Manage material and financial resources for the maintenance and mold department by controlling the department’s budget. * Supervise contracted personnel in accordance with safety, health, and environmental guidelines. **Skills:** Teamwork, goal achievement, service orientation, proactivity, data analysis, effective communication, management and planning, use of technological tools, decision-making.
