A MAJOR COMPANY IN THE **INDUSTRIAL** SECTOR INVITES YOU TO JOIN ITS WORK TEAM AS: **MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: Secondary school or high school diploma More than 5 years of experience in the same or a similar position **RESPONSIBILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE:** Development of work plans in coordination with management Knowledge of industrial maintenance and systems Inspection and review of SCI, elevated tanks, stormwater tanks, and hydropneumatic systems Review and updating of maintenance logs Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans Obtaining customer sign-off on completed work, following submission of a report to Customer Service Proficiency in 3 trades (electricity, plumbing, masonry, and landscaping) Compliance with operational processes and procedures, safety standards and guidelines, adherence to directives from immediate supervisor, and escalation protocols Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Problem-solving skills, analysis of potential failures, malfunctions, solutions, and contingencies Leadership Organizational skills Proactivity **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Full-time schedule Monday through Friday, plus rotating Saturday mornings **WORK LOCATION:** **Monterrey Park I**; Monterrey–Nuevo Laredo Highway, km 12.9, 66052 Ciudad General Escobedo, N.L.
