




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and coordinate logistics operations, fleet maintenance, and personnel, ensuring efficiency and compliance with standards. Key Highlights: 1. Manages fleet administration and maintenance. 2. Coordinates mechanical teams and trains personnel. 3. Develops logistics controls and processes. **Requirements:** * Technical degree, engineering, or related field * Knowledge of Fleet Administration * Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics and personnel management * In-depth knowledge of equipment maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems * Age: 25 to 45 years * Technical skills: Leadership, Customer Service, Assertive Communication, Planning, Logistics, Transportation Documentation, Bill of Lading issuance, GPS-based tracking software, ERP or other administrative systems, etc. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) **Responsibilities:** * Controls vehicle and equipment expenses * Administrative control of units * Control of preventive and corrective maintenance processes * Control of equipment location, delivery, and pickup * Fuel and IAVE card management * Vehicle permit and license plate documentation * Coordinates mechanical teams and trains personnel to develop the entire department * Insurance, license plate, verification, and licensing control * Ensures all operational units and equipment comply with corporate image requirements, and that documentation and tools are complete * Responsible for validating that equipment dispatches include a Bill of Lading in Saltillo and Silao * Monitors project execution stages, verifying work phases to ensure timely, appropriate, and safe unit retrieval, machinery relocation, or service provision * Systematically performs supervision and monitoring activities for operational units, recording observation results in a logbook and evaluating compliance against management requirements (GPS) * Ensures equipment is ready and available for use * Development of logistics controls and processes * Support to the Projects Department * Support for relocations * Supervises efficient fuel usage across equipment and vehicles Work Schedule: Monday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; Sundays off Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Discounts and preferential pricing * Paternity leave exceeding legal requirements * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Company phone * Complimentary uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Relocation/Moving Eligibility: * 36273, Colonias Nuevo México, Gto.: Ability to commute to work without issues or plan relocation prior to starting employment (Mandatory) Application Question(s): * Do you hold a valid driver's license?
