Our BTL marketing agency is looking for an organized, analytical, and highly proactive individual to join as Junior Finance and Administration Manager, working closely with senior management and actively participating in the financial operations of campaigns, activations, and projects. Key responsibilities: * Financial control of campaigns and projects * Budget and expense tracking * Treasury, invoicing, and collections * Coordination with external accounting firms * Support in payroll and tax-related matters * Preparation of financial reports for senior management * Identification of variances and improvement opportunities Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration * 3–5 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or finance roles * Advanced Excel skills * Experience with ERP or accounting systems (Contpaqi, Aspel, Odoo, or similar) * Knowledge of CFDI 4\.0, VAT (IVA), Income Tax (ISR), and withholding taxes * Prior experience in agencies, BTL, events, or project-based businesses is desirable ✨ What we offer: * Direct exposure to business operations and decision-making * A dynamic, non-bureaucratic work environment * Genuine opportunities for professional growth * Involvement in high-impact projects Location: Benito Juárez, CDMX Salary: $40,000 net per month Mode: On-site
