




IT Office is the strategic orchestrator of D&T Mexico, driving business transformation through portfolio governance, change management, and internal communication. Key Responsibilities * Strategic planning and portfolio management (prioritization, investment, and real-time tracking of time, cost, and quality). * Financial governance, budget control, and resource management. * Ensuring excellence in project delivery and risk management. * Design and execution of change management and communication initiatives for D&T Mexico. * Bridging business and technology to ensure strategic alignment. * Analysis of project benefits and their impact on P&L and cash flow. * Support for projects and operations. Requirements * 5+ years of experience in Project/Portfolio Management and financial management. * Knowledge of Change Management (Prosci/ADKAR). * Strategic mindset, analytical profile, and results-oriented approach. * Advanced English proficiency. * Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience in technology-focused projects.
