Job Summary: Perform comprehensive inventory management, including planning, execution of cyclic counts, and system reconciliation to ensure accuracy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive inventory management and system reconciliation. 2. Investigation and traceability to reconcile discrepancies with customers. 3. Coordination of annual inventory counts and report generation. ***We Offer:*** \* Weekly payments. \* Grocery vouchers. \* Statutory benefits. \* Free uniforms. \* Direct employment contract with the company. \* No float week or offset arrangements. ***Key Duties:*** 1\.\- Develop and implement a cyclic warehouse inventory plan aligned with objectives. 2\.\- Enter materials into the CIA system to maintain up-to-date inventory records. 3\.\- Prepare blind counts (cyclic by location). 4\.\- Review blind count results and compare them against both systems (customer–CIA). 5\.\- Physically verify detected discrepancies to update the customer’s CIA system ledger. 6\.\- Conduct investigation and traceability to clarify and reconcile discrepancies with the customer, seeking appropriate adjustments. 7\.\- Implement adjustments upon receipt from the customer to align both systems. 8\.\- Archive cyclic count records (CIA and physical) for any clarification purposes and submit weekly to the manager. 9\.\- Record product movements in the system according to their physical location for easy identification. 10\.\- Coordinate the annual inventory count to meet customer and ARGO objectives. 11\.\- Generate I.L.A. and I.R.A. reports for proper control. 12\.\- Reconcile theoretical reports. 13\.\- Generate and submit weekly reports summarizing results of the counting plan. ***Working Hours:*** ***MONDAY TO FRIDAY 08:00–17:00 HOURS AND SATURDAY 08:00–12:00 HOURS*** ***LOCATION:*** Manzana 001, Axotlan, 54715 Cuautitlán Izcalli, Méx., Parque Odonell, opposite KN company.
