




Job Description: Human Resources Manager **Area:** Administration / Human Resources **Reports to:** General Management **Location:** Querétaro, Qro. **Company type:** Restaurant and Hotel Main Responsibilities: * Design and implement recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training policies. * Supervise payroll processes, contracts, attendance issues, and employee benefits. * Manage organizational climate and resolve internal conflicts. * Coordinate performance evaluations and professional development plans. * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation. * Support scheduling and shift coverage planning in coordination with department supervisors. * Promote employee wellness, recognition, and talent retention initiatives. * Supervise disciplinary procedures and employee terminations. * Maintain up-to-date personnel files and HR metrics reports. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in hospitality or food and beverage industries. * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and applicable regulations. * Proficiency in payroll systems and human resource management software. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and conflict resolution abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions.
