HR certification/training is valued. **Recruitment and Selection (Summary)** **Process Overview:** Job Posting → Screening → Initial Interview → Psychometric Assessment → Final Interview with Hiring Department → Document Integration → Internal Onboarding → Induction → Follow-up → Exit Interview (if applicable). **Personnel Administration (Summary)** * Creation and updating of personnel files. * Attendance, vacation, and incident tracking. * Uniform management, internal controls, inventory, and lists. * Updating organizational charts, birthdays, work anniversaries, and personnel movements. * Basic internal communication and support for DO (Official Documentation). **Payroll and Related Processes (Summary)** * Execution of pre-payroll processing, incident recording, attendance control, and precise tracking of statutory benefits applicable to pre-payroll (e.g., salary adjustments, vacations, year-end bonus). **Process Flow Summary:** Incident Data Entry → Validation → Movement Control (hires/terminations/modifications) → Transfer of payroll-related information to the Accounting Department. **Key Performance Indicators (Summary)** * Timely vacancy coverage. * Accuracy of incidents and personnel movements for payroll processing. * Complete and up-to-date personnel files. * Turnover rate and follow-up on terminations. * Timely submission of weekly/monthly reports. * Compliance with payroll and personnel administration policies and guidelines. **Competencies and Knowledge (Summary)** * Knowledge of Recruitment 4.0 and psychometric assessment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems (CONTPAQ, SUA, IDSE). * Organization, assertive communication, and critical thinking. * Empathy, conflict resolution, and attention to detail. **Internal and External Relationships (Summary)** * Internal: Administration, Sales, Legal, Accounting, Coordinators. * External: Candidates, recruitment platforms, and vendors.
