




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Assistant to support employee assistance and manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper administrative control and regulatory compliance. Maintenance of administrative control and personnel files POSITION OBJECTIVE: We are looking for a **HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT** with verifiable experience to join our team. You will provide timely and effective support to employees while maintaining appropriate administrative control. You will collaborate in executing onboarding and offboarding processes ethically, professionally, and in alignment with current labor regulations, as well as with Grupo Martínez’s values and principles. **Responsibilities** * ONBOARDING * Collect signatures on onboarding documentation kits for newly hired employees. * Request IMSS registration acknowledgment. * Assemble and file personnel files for newly hired employees, including physical and digital archiving. * Register new employees in the system and activate attendance tracking. * Deliver uniform packages. * CONTRACTS * Provide workers with their IMSS registration confirmation. * Onboarding * OFFBOARDING * Request final settlement calculation from Payroll and request payment from Treasury. * Submit transition checklist to immediate supervisor for approval. * Deactivate employee in the system. * Assist in requesting IMSS de-registration and store confirmation in the employee’s personnel file. * VACATION PROGRAM * Responsible for maintaining up-to-date vacation balances for employees. * TIME CLOCK SYSTEM * Assist in registering newly hired staff in the time clock system. * FILE MANAGEMENT * Responsible for safeguarding active and inactive personnel files in excellent condition. * Responsible for complete integration of all documents into each personnel file. * EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE * Assist in delivering leave and vacation request forms. **Requirements** * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree, certified or graduating student in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. * Experience in similar positions within Human Resources, particularly in managing offboarding processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Excel (basic – intermediate) * Experience using Human Resources Management Systems. * Flexible availability for work schedule. **We Offer** * Monthly salary: 12000\.00 * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Grocery vouchers. * Uniforms. * Birthday bonus.
