Recruitment and Selection** * Post job openings and manage recruitment portals. * Screen resumes and conduct interviews. * Participate in final hiring decisions alongside department heads. **2. Personnel and Payroll Administration** * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and updates in the IDSE system. * Coordinate payroll processing, vacation scheduling, and absence management. * Maintain up-to-date employee files. * Monitor compliance with working hours and leave requests. * Prepare termination settlements and severance calculations. * Perform payroll calculations. **3. Labor Relations and Legal Compliance** * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation. * Serve as a liaison between employees and management in conflict resolution. **4.
