Resolve technical and administrative issues, and manage budgets. 2 days ago 5 Years of Experience ### **Description** **Objective** Supports the project manager by assuming responsibility for assigned specific areas, maintaining technical control of the project, and coordinating cost, time, and quality among all parties involved in executing the various assigned tasks. **Responsibilities** Organizing information based on PMI and Lean Construction methodologies Mastery of the project’s technical details Coordinating meetings with contractors Resolving and/or advising on specific technical and administrative issues arising during project execution Preparing and monitoring quotations, budgets, and comparative analyses Preparing concept catalogs Reviewing construction progress and performance reports Preparing and controlling change orders, evaluating and analyzing their impact Resolving technical problems and interferences Tracking the supply schedule Accepting contractor work, managing punch lists Handling construction codes, standards, and specifications ### **Requirements** **Experience** Minimum 5 years in project management. Experience managing construction projects within the candidate’s specialization. 5 years Experience in specialties such as: urban development and infrastructure, electrical, plumbing and sanitary, fire protection systems, telecommunications (CCTV, voice and data, TV), air conditioning, and special systems: control and automation. 5 years Experience in vertical projects 3 years
