**Database Coordinator – Business Lead Generation** **Location:** Emiliano Zapata Norte, Mérida, Yucatán **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs **Position Objective:** Responsible for collecting, updating, and managing business databases for email marketing campaigns, aimed at generating qualified leads for corporate training courses in the industrial sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide your own portfolio of specialized business contacts in Mexico. * Collect and maintain updated lists of email addresses from Mexican companies. * Generate new prospects daily through promotional email campaigns. * Collaborate with the IT and marketing team to enhance lead acquisition strategies. * Direct reporting to the Director of IT and Marketing. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Associate Degree in Information Technologies or Marketing. * Proven experience in managing business listings and email marketing campaigns. * Ability to identify reliable sources of business email addresses. * Skill in consistently and strategically generating prospects. **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary of $15,000 to $20,000 * Bi-weekly payments * Attractive performance-based commissions Job type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite contract Workplace: On-site
