**CNC MACHINING PROGRAMMER** Generate CNC-CAD-CAM manufacturing solutions. Meeting customer requirements; quality, service, and timeliness. **SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES** Create efficient programs for high-volume production of required components using **Bob Cad Cam software.** Coordinate and monitor compliance with the CNC-CAD-CAM program, focusing on continuous improvement. Coordinate necessary actions to comply with the quality management system. Establish strategies for new product development, always considering efficiency and high-volume production. **ACTIVITIES\-** Review and understand drawings and IGS files provided by design to determine the most efficient machining methods. Design and manufacture fixtures or devices for high-volume production. Analyze consistency of information contained in the commercial project and zero-day meeting agreements to ensure all necessary data is available for proper production. Gather technical information (from drawings) regarding dimensional values, shapes, and tolerances of the part to be manufactured. Measure first article and prepare release sheet. Prepare Material and tool requisitions necessary for machining operations. Analyze and plan the most suitable sequence and setups for high-volume production. Supervise machining center operators and coordinate activities, creating synergy for optimal program execution and production performance. Weekly reporting of incidents and causes of broken and/or damaged tools.\- Develop efficient and serial machining programs meeting required quality standards. Personally load the machining program or delegate to a setter, but always verify proper operation before starting production to prevent errors. Select machining tools to achieve efficient operating conditions. Deliver weekly the final-level programs (optimized program, tool list, high-volume fixture, machining time, and quality alerts), all within the same folder. Have everything ready in advance according to the production schedule. Organize CNC operators to achieve timely production aligned with orders and projects. Collaborate with the production leader to establish daily activity logs for productivity measurement. Comply with documentation requirements of the QMS and supervise operator compliance. Monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all machines in the production area. Carry out tasks assigned by immediate supervisor to enhance job performance, department effectiveness, and company operations. **REQUIREMENTS** 3 verifiable years of experience as floor programmer using CAD-CAM systems for CNC Lathe and Machining Centers.
