Proactive problem resolution and customer service **Position Objective:** Lead, coordinate, and supervise the operations of a specialized workshop for muffler and radiator repair and installation, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** · **Experience:** Personnel management and supervision of mechanical or automotive workshops. · **Availability:** Availability for rotating shifts or full-time work, including weekends if necessary. · **Attitudes:** Honesty, responsibility, and proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. **Key Skills:** · Leadership and teamwork capability. · Excellent organization and daily activity planning. · Customer-focused approach and ability to resolve complaints or issues. · Proactivity in resolving technical and operational problems. · Strong time and quality control over completed work. **Main Responsibilities:** · Supervise and coordinate technical staff in the workshop, assigning tasks and responsibilities. · Verify repair and installation quality (mufflers, radiators, and exhaust/cooling systems) to ensure compliance with standards. · Perform accurate diagnostics of system failures when necessary, supporting the technical team. · Reporting: \- *Conduct spare parts and material inventories.* \- *Prepare productivity and delivery reports.* \- *Provide quotations and direct counter service to customers.* · Manage workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize waiting times. · Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workplace.
