We are seeking: **Administrative Manager** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field * 5 years of experience managing Accounts Receivable, credit, and collections * Management of accounts receivable and overdue portfolios * Financial statement analysis * Credit and collections policies * Financial indicators * Basic tax and commercial legislation * Leadership and team management * Negotiation and conflict management * Data-driven decision making * Strategic planning * Results-oriented Responsibilities: * Manage uncollectibility risks * Establish credit policies and customer limits * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) * Manage uncollectibility risks * Implement improvements in collections processes * Ensure compliance with the requirements established by the Quality and Food Safety Management System within the respective area.
