Position Summary: We are seeking a 3PL Operations Manager with experience in team leadership and logistics management, focused on supervising operations and ensuring quality. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of operational teams and personnel management in 3PL logistics. 2. Supervision and quality assurance in distribution operations. 3. Dispatch coordination and inventory management. 3PL Operations Manager **Requirements:** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Distribution, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics, distribution, or retail sector. * Experience in 3PL operations (multi-client account management). * Experience in personnel management and leadership of operational teams. * Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP systems. * Customer orientation and results-driven mindset. * Personnel management. * Willingness to travel between the CEDIS facilities in Mérida and Cancún. **Responsibilities:** **90% floor-based responsibilities.** * Supervise product inbound and outbound activities at the CEDIS. * Ensure proper inventory control and shrinkage management. * Supervise operations and ensure quality performance of the 3PL provider. * Coordinate dispatch scheduling and deliveries to retail points of sale or customers. * Supervise compliance with quality standards for product receiving, storage, and distribution, according to customer requirements. * Maintain smooth communication with logistics service providers, carriers, and other key stakeholders. * Resolve any incidents or complaints related to distribution operations, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Prepare and present detailed performance reports to Management. * Experience in client prospecting and/or selling services.
