Focus on teamwork, communication, and results **Constructora Dhap, S.A. de C.V.** **Automotive company specializing in bodywork transformation.** **WE ARE SEEKING:** **SUPERVISOR** **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field **Experience** Crew supervision * 1–2 years of experience in after-sales, technical customer service, support, or logistics. * Experience in metal-mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial machinery companies is desirable. * Basic knowledge of metal-mechanical processes (machinery, equipment, maintenance). * Handling of service orders and technical documentation. * Basic knowledge of spare parts and mechanical operation. * ERP or CRM system experience (desirable). * Office software suite (Intermediate Excel). **Competencies:** * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. * Communication. * Results-oriented. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,900.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
