Job Summary: We are seeking a warehouse supervisor for automotive parts to oversee inventory control, supervise daily operations, and manage the team, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Monitor and manage inventory. * Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily operations. * Perform general warehouse maintenance. * Inspect the condition of tools and equipment. * Enforce all company rules and regulations. * Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on each task. * Communicate with the entire team to ensure efficient product delivery. * Handle customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * More than 2 years of experience supervising automotive parts warehouses. * Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures. * Excellent problem-solving skills. * Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels. Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 9:00–18:30, Saturday 9:00–16:30 Location: Cuauhtémoc/CDMX Salary: $16,000 gross monthly Benefits: Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $15,900.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
