Description

Job Summary: Coordinate and verify the receipt, storage, and picking of supplies and products, ensuring their identification and integrity, and supervise personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Essential forklift operation skills for warehouse management. 2. Coordination of warehouse and production staff and activities. 3. Ensuring proper operation of forklifts and pallet jacks. 1\) Forklift operation is MANDATORY. 1\) Verify that received supplies and products match the documentation provided by the customer, and confirm they are properly identified and in good condition. 3\) Assign designated locations for products and materials, ensuring continuous identification and integrity. 4\) Coordinate assigned personnel to pick items for the production area based on internal production orders. 5\) Verify that finished products delivered by production are properly identified. 7\) Coordinate warehouse assistants' activities to perform corresponding product movements. 8\) Assign personnel under supervision to conduct cycle and rotating inventory counts, and report results to the Inventory Supervisor. 12\) Ensure forklifts and pallet jacks operate correctly; otherwise, notify the Maintenance Department and immediate supervisor. 13\) Comply with established cleaning schedules.
