Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of products. * Ensure proper handling and labeling of all products, following established safety regulations. * Maintain accurate inventory control and conduct periodic audits to guarantee record accuracy. * Manage and coordinate truck loading and unloading operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to scheduled deadlines. * Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring optimal performance levels and compliance with quality standards. Skills and Requirements: * Prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within the logistics industry. * Team management focused on results. * Solid knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to chemical product storage and handling. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with suppliers, customers, and other company departments. * Experience with ERP systems focused on logistics and/or warehousing.
