Location: **Ocoyoapark Industrial Park** **What Makes You a Great Candidate** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related field * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles * Personnel management experience * Experience in product delivery or working for distribution CEDIS **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise daily order picking, ensuring accuracy, preparation timelines, and zero picking errors * Release the daily picking plan prior to shift start * Physically verify picked orders against sales orders and picking lists before handing over to shipping * Record and analyze picking errors to implement immediate corrective actions * Conduct inventories through physical counts, cycle counts, and continuous reconciliation against system and inventory area records **Soft Skills:** * Results-oriented * Commitment * Discipline * Honesty * Leadership * Effective communication **Benefits** * Monthly salary: $16,700.00 net * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Statutory benefits from Day 1 * Indefinite-term employment contract * Quarterly performance bonus * Additional vacation days * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities. **Join this great team!** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term Salary: $16,700.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work location: On-site employment
