Customer interaction during delivery **Job Profile: Warehouse Worker / Delivery Driver** **General Information** * **Position:** Warehouse Worker / Delivery Driver * **Department:** Logistics / Warehouse * **Reports to:** Operations Manager * **Location:** San Mateo Atenco, State of Mexico **Job Objective** To properly receive, store, and distribute goods, ensuring products are delivered to customers or branches on time and in full, while maintaining warehouse order and control. **Functions and Responsibilities** **Warehouse** * Receiving, arranging, and storing goods. * Loading and unloading products. * Inventory control and updating records. * Order preparation and packaging. * Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse area. **Delivery and Distribution** * Delivering goods to customers or branches according to established routes. * Verifying and safeguarding delivery documents (invoices, notes, delivery receipts). * Basic preventive maintenance and handling of the delivery vehicle. * Customer service and courteous interaction during delivery. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed secondary school or high school. * **Experience:** 1\-2 years in warehouse, logistics, or delivery roles. * **Valid Driver’s License** * **Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. * Customer service orientation. * Familiarity with location-tracking app usage. * **Knowledge:** * Inventory management and goods control. * Forklift operation (preferred). * Good warehousing practices. **Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment. * Punctuality. * Sense of urgency. * Honesty and trustworthiness. **Working Conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * **Work Mode:** On-site. * Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (as required by operations).
