If you have experience managing teams and administrative warehouse control, this position is for you. **Economic Offer and Benefits** Monthly Salary: $17,000 (Gross). Productivity Bonus Gasoline Allowance: $3,000 monthly Grocery Vouchers: $750 monthly. Insurance: Life Insurance Statutory Benefits from Day One. **Main Responsibilities** **Inventory Control:** Execution and supervision of cycle counts. **Logistics:** Coordination of material inbound and outbound, route optimization, and delivery time management. **Operational Administration:** Overtime control and scheduling of worked breaks. Direct supervision of personnel, daily incident control, and pre\-payroll reporting. **Requirements** Experience: Minimum 1–2 years supervising personnel and warehouse/logistics processes. Skills: Leadership, conflict management, and results orientation. **Schedule Availability:** Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
