OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR (WAREHOUSE) FOR RETAIL STORE **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Coordinate task assignments for Sales Assistants and Warehouse Assistants under your supervision. Supervise agile and uninterrupted product replenishment for sales areas and customer orders. Supervise that Sales Assistants and Warehouse Assistants under your supervision apply all sales standards. Implement the branch service protocol. Supervise daily floor and warehouse stock checks according to policy. Supervise Sales Assistants’ and Warehouse Assistants’ work areas, ensuring compliance with the established 5S guidelines, as well as labeling and stocking in the warehouse. Supervise effective price changes. Supervise merchandise display assurance. Supervise unpacking of authorized items. Supervise branch shrinkage segregation according to the shrinkage policy and acceptance criteria policy. Supervise special displays in assigned areas to ensure compliance with the Store Standardization Manual. Supervise correct placement of POP materials according to promotions or seasons. Coordinate staff under your supervision to execute maintenance checklists. Request necessary operational materials from branch sub-management (cleaning supplies, adhesive tapes, price tags, etc.). Assist Sales Assistants and Warehouse Assistants in locating inventory at nearby branches to redirect customers when the requested product is unavailable. Supervise, review, and document product receipt and shipment. Supervise and coordinate unloading operations. In transfer reports, identify in-transit shrinkage, shortages, or overages, and report them to branch management. Execute and supervise proper placement of received merchandise in the warehouse, display units (copetes), and sales floor after unloading. Prepare and conduct assigned cycle counts. Participate in the entire general inventory process. Participate in cleaning common areas according to maintenance checklists. Supervise and carry out appliance warranty procedures.
