Position Summary: Administer and supervise warehouse inventory safeguarding, ensuring stock optimization and information reliability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels 2. Coordinate the receipt and shipment of Cores to customers and suppliers 3. Supervise and advise staff to optimize performance Objective: Administer and supervise warehouse inventory safeguarding based on policies and processes established by the Business Unit to prevent deviations and losses impacting financial results. Main Responsibilities: 1\.\- Analyze and perform inventory replenishment according to classification to ensure optimal stock levels, thereby reducing slow-moving items and maintaining sufficient high-turnover items in stock. 2\.\- Coordinate, control, and execute the receipt of Cores from customers and their shipment to suppliers to ensure cost recovery and buyer satisfaction. 3\.\- Supervise and advise personnel under supervision to optimize the performance of each function and achievement of their KPIs. 4\.\- Prepare and submit inventory reports for all EMI and Escargo warehouses to management to ensure proper administration. 5\.\- Coordinate and conduct quarterly warehouse inventories to ensure the reliability of data recorded in SAP. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse management; knowledge of inventory management concepts such as classification, first-in-first-out (FIFO), maximum and minimum stock levels, obsolete item handling, etc. * Analytical skills for decision-making and problem-solving. * Leadership, planning, and organizational capabilities. * Proficiency in office tools (Advanced Excel).
