Leadership, organization, and decision-making. **Position Objective:** Coordinate, supervise, and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, compliance with logistics processes, and proper personnel management, thereby guaranteeing service quality and adherence to safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise warehouse operational staff. * Determine and execute the daily work plan for receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes. * Analyze order characteristics and assign staff according to operational requirements. * Supervise the proper execution of daily warehouse activities. * Control and ensure correct receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. * Verify correct location, picking, and handling of goods. * Supervise inventory control (cycle counts and annual inventories). * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse. * Manage staff incidents: leave requests, vacations, attendance. * Supervise appropriate use and maintenance of equipment and resources. * Schedule preventive maintenance for equipment and facilities. * Ensure availability of required materials and consumables for operations. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes. * Experience managing operational staff. * Knowledge of industrial materials (desirable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is mandatory. * Experience with inventory management systems (WMS). * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
