VACANCY: WAREHOUSE MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS * Completed bachelor's degree. * Experience as Warehouse Manager in the food industry. * Prior experience in shipping, distribution, and logistics. * Knowledge of inventory and warehouse control. * Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS). * Familiarity with FIFO (First In, First Out). * Experience in personnel administration. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Advanced Excel (evaluation required). * Availability to work at Santa Rita Industrial Park, Veracruz. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate product storage and distribution activities. * Supervise the warehouse staff. * Ensure proper receipt, registration, and dispatch of goods. * Validate and reconcile incoming products against the system. * Control inventories and ensure record accuracy. * Plan merchandise rotation. * Supervise the entire goods receipt process. * Verify proper functioning of warehouse equipment. * Manage personnel (vacations, breaks, overtime, and holidays). * Manage procurement of supplies required for operations. * Prepare performance reports: requirements, shortages, performance metrics, and logistics. * Identify, analyze, and correct anomalies or non-conforming products. * MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN RACK-BASED STORAGE WE OFFER Monthly gross salary of $23,000.
