Position Summary: We are seeking a committed, strategic, and results-oriented Traffic Supervisor to coordinate daily freight transportation operations. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a committed, strategic, and results-oriented Traffic Supervisor to join our team. **Profile Requirements:** · Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related field. · Minimum 2–3 years of experience supervising traffic, transportation, or distribution operations. · Knowledge of freight units, operational control, and transportation regulations. · Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and Microsoft Office/Excel. · Ability to lead operational teams and coordinate personnel. · Focus on problem-solving, organization, and continuous improvement. · Availability for shift work (Monday to Saturday). · Ability to work under pressure. **Key Competencies:** · Leadership · Effective communication · Planning and organization · Decision-making · Teamwork **Main Responsibilities:** · Coordinate daily operations regarding availability and assignment of freight units. · Manage data flow for document issuance. · Dispatch loaded units with required documentation promptly and accurately. · Maintain the load assignment program log up to date. · Efficient and reliable handover of courier duties to relieving staff.
