Job Summary: Participate in a comprehensive training program to acquire knowledge of culture, reporting, operations, and processes for the Store Manager position at AutoZone Mexico. Opportunity for professional growth and development within a dedicated team. **Job Objective**Participate in a comprehensive training program to acquire full knowledge of Culture, Reporting, Operations, and Processes for the Store Manager position at AutoZone Mexico. **Primary Responsibilities** * Work alongside the Store Manager and District Manager, assisting in all activities a Store Manager must perform. * Attend courses designed for Store Managers in Learning Garage. * Complete review of policies regarding correct processes and practices during store operations. Execute policies correctly to ensure proper store management. * Participate in scheduled activities throughout a 12-week training program where the trainee will receive instruction across various areas involved in store operations (loss prevention, operations, commercial functions, etc.). * Learn about store metrics and operations jointly with the Store Manager. Pass the assessment measuring knowledge acquired during training. * **Education and Experience** * **Formal Education Level:** Associate degree (two-year program) or equivalent formal training program. * **Field of Study:** Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed). * **Years of Experience:** Three to five years. * **Type of Experience:** 3\-5 years of experience as a business manager. * **Special Certifications or Technical Skills:** Sales AutoZone Mexico is the leading distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
