This position seeks an Ink Service Technician with experience in ink monitoring, adjustment, and formulation to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and adjust ink on printing machines and in the printing area.
2. Ensure proper functioning of the product on customer's machines.
3. Provide technical advice and support to customers.
INK SERVICE TECHNICIAN (OPERATIONAL)
**General Information**
Position: Ink Service Technician (COPARMEX CHIHUAHUA)
Reports to: Branch Leader
Works with: All warehouse staff, internal/external customers
Location: Tecnología No. 110 Parque Industrial La Silla, 66648 Apodaca, Nuevo León
Position Type: Full-time, on-site

**Job Objectives:**
Ensure timely supply of ink products or services to meet customer needs (INK MONITORING, INK ADJUSTMENT ON MACHINES, PRINTING AREA IN FLEXOGRAPHY, COLOR MATCHING, PRODUCTION-SCALE INK FORMULATION).
**Job Requirements:**
**Minimum Education:** Junior High School
* Preferred: Partial or completed high school education
**Experience:** 1 year as a press operator, or in machinery operation support or similar role, preferably in manufacturing companies.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Familiarity with ink or printing processes.
* Knowledge of colorimetry.
* Inventory control.
* Basic Excel and Word skills.
**Soft Skills:** Service-oriented attitude, organization, assertive communication, teamwork, strategic planning, empathy, decision-making ability, and commitment.
**Main Responsibilities:**
1. Verify product specifications at the customer's plant.
2. Ensure proper functioning of the product on machines.
3. Place orders with General Product´s.
4. Schedule orders with General Product´s in a timely manner.
5. Address product complaints or rejections (do not forget to complete the RNC form and submit it to the immediate supervisor).
6. Conduct inventory of product stock according to the date specified by the customer for invoicing purposes.
7. Daily review of the customer's printing schedule (to ensure product availability in inventory).
8. Recovery of contaminated materials (if applicable).
9. Notify General Product´s laboratory of any product specification changes required by the customer.
10. Maintain equipment and work area in optimal condition.
11. Provide technical advice and support to customers, as applicable.
12. Maintain direct contact with customers to build strong relationships, deliver attentive service, and ensure consistent communication.
13. Comply with the customer's established safety, hygiene, ecology, and environmental guidelines.
14. Ensure proper functioning of the product on the customer's equipment.
15. Perform tone matching when required.
16. Conduct inventories and assume responsibility for them (FIFO – First In, First Out).
17. Maintain and foster positive working relationships with all colleagues.
Position Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract
Salary: $14,000.00 \- $14,500.00 per month
