Job Objective To supervise and coordinate assigned services, ensuring compliance with operational directives, proper personnel administration, and efficient handling of incidents, thereby contributing to service quality and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities * Supervise assigned services by verifying compliance with security directives and protocols. * Optimize staffing coverage across work positions under supervision. * Coordinate the deployment, training, and mentoring of operational staff. * Address requests for supplies and service mailbox submissions. * Deliver and collect payroll receipt signatures from operational staff. * Maintain constant communication with coordination regarding relevant situations. * Provide customer service and resolve conflicts. Technical Knowledge Proficiency in operating automobiles and motorcycles. Knowledge of logistics and mobility in CDMX. Skills Leadership and ability to manage work teams. Clear and effective communication. Operational organization and planning. Empathy and personnel management. Ability to work both in the field and in the office, according to operational needs.
