Key Responsibilities: Supervise the restaurant’s overall operations. Customer service and engagement. Ensure all staff perform their duties correctly, both in the dining area and kitchen. Maintain discipline, order, and cleanliness across all areas. Assist in problem resolution and daily operational follow-up. Coordinate staff and foster a positive work environment. Monitor service timing and food quality. Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years’ experience in this position. Responsible and organized individual. Demonstrates leadership and character. Excellent service-oriented attitude. Punctual and disciplined. Ability to work under pressure. Experience in restaurants or personnel management (preferred). We Offer: Weekly salary of $3,000\.
