Receive project requests to search for and obtain quotes for required materials and/or services. 2\. Prepare comparative price analyses to conduct negotiations that ensure optimal purchasing decisions. 3\. Issue purchase orders and formally confirm purchases. 4\. Supervise material logistics from supplier dispatch to final delivery at the construction site, resolving any issues related to damaged, incomplete, or otherwise problematic materials. 5\. Manage supplier account statements to verify and ensure correct invoice issuance for payment and proper system registration. 6\. Register new suppliers by updating the supplier catalog in the system, validating their tax information and bank accounts. 7\. Establish delivery routes and logistics for drivers transporting materials. 8\. Conduct periodic and selective on-site warehouse inventories, and verify proper administrative control of materials when necessary. 9\.
