This position requires an individual with strategic vision, proven leadership, and technical proficiency in design, development, and engineering coordination. ⸻ Main Responsibilities: Lead, coordinate, and supervise work teams (architects, designers, engineers, and renderers). Develop and supervise conceptual designs, executive projects, and engineering coordination. Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project objectives. Provide comprehensive oversight across all stages of real estate development. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and various internal departments. Make strategic decisions to optimize resources and processes. ⸻ Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in real estate project development and management. Solid experience in: Architectural design Conceptual design Executive projects Engineering coordination Leading work teams. Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills. Portfolio (book) of completed projects required. Proficiency in specialized software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
