**Project Manager – Business Consulting (Materiality / ESG)** Salary: $25,000 to $30,000 MXN monthly Modality: (Indicate if it is on-site/hybrid/remote) Location: CDMX, 10 minutes from metro insurgentes **Job Description**: We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in strategic consulting, corporate project management, and materiality analysis. The ideal candidate masters Agile/PMI methodologies, knows how to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and can deliver high-impact projects within defined timelines. This role is key to ensuring the proper planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to materiality, risks, compliance, strategy, and organizational transformation. **Responsibilities:** * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on management and internal department requirements. * Plan human, technical, and financial resources to ensure project compliance. * Coordinate project execution using Agile, PMI methodologies, and digital tools (Odoo, Trello, Jira, etc.). * Supervise team performance and ensure deliverable quality. * Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and indicators (KPIs). * Identify risks, deviations, and propose preventive and corrective actions. * Maintain constant communication with management, stakeholders, and internal/external clients. * Ensure documentation, control, and continuous improvement of each project. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field. * 4 to 6 years of experience in corporate project management within multidisciplinary environments. * Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or PMI methodologies (certification desirable). * Experience in materiality analysis, corporate strategy, sustainability, or business consulting (desirable). * Familiarity with project management tools (Odoo, Jira, Trello, Asana). * Ability to generate executive reports, KPIs, and high-level presentations. * Skills to lead teams and coordinate with multiple departments. **Key Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving. * Collaborative leadership. * Strategic planning and risk management. * Effective communication and executive clarity. * Organization and results orientation. * Adaptability in dynamic environments. **What we are looking for in this person:** * Confidence when making strategic decisions. * Ability to anticipate risks and maintain project control. * Pride in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with quality. * Perceived as a technical leader, reliable and solution-oriented. * Ability to create synergy among teams and departments.
