Management of assigned vehicles and compliance with policies **Job Description** Drive from the HUB to local delivery routes using the vehicle assigned by AutoZone to cover daily HUB delivery routes, ensuring timely merchandise delivery to commercial customers, adherence to pickup and delivery timeframes, and strict compliance with policies governing the use of the assigned vehicle—thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction **Responsibilities** * Deliver merchandise to commercial customers along local routes, meeting delivery timeframes promptly by operating the assigned vehicle to achieve customer satisfaction and successful sales closure with AutoZone commercial customers. * Provide sales counter support in the Commercial Program module by assisting walk-in or telephone customers with inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, or functionality. * Complete the vehicle inspection checklist accurately by properly filling out the logbook. * Report vehicle-related incidents to and follow up with the Commercial Manager. Process cash payments against invoices and credit card transactions correctly to support the product delivery process and sales closure. * **Requirements** * Completed high school education * One or two years of experience * Prior experience as a driver of any type of vehicle * Valid driver’s license * Must be at least 21 years of age * Experience operating standard vehicles (e.g., Spark) AutoZone Mexico is the leading distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
